Shipping policy
1. Our Shipping Commitment
We are excited to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders! We want to get your new products to you as smoothly and affordably as possible.
2. Order Processing & Production Time
All our products are made-to-order just for you! This means that when you place an order, we send it to our production partner (Printify) to be custom-made.

Production Time: Please allow 2-7 business days for your order to be produced, quality-checked, and packaged.

Note: Production time does not include shipping time. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
3. Shipping & Delivery Time
Once your order is produced, it will be shipped. The total time to receive your order is Production Time + Shipping Time.

Total Estimated Delivery (USA): You can typically expect to receive your order within 5-12 business days (2-7 days production + 3-5 days shipping).
4. Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
5. Multiple Items in One Order
If you order multiple items, they may be produced in different facilities and shipped in separate packages. You will receive a tracking number for each package.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost or returned due to an incorrect address. If your order is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment at your expense.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
